Dream Plex Shared living is a modern housing model where individuals share a fully furnished home, combining privacy with community, often for affordability, companionship, or lifestyle alignment.

What types of rooms are available at Dream Plex Living?

Dream Plex Living offers room types including private rooms, and shared rooms. Each room is equipped with a bed, storage space, and other amenities to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.

What are some key features of shared living?

One of my favorite things to do is cook, would it be possible for me to do this there?

Yes, this is your home and cooking is welcomed, cooking supplies are provided in the home for everyone use.

Can my Chore Worker or home health company still provide me with services?

Yes, your Chore Worker and/or home health services are welcomed in the homes to provide care to meet your needs.

I do not make 3x the rent and have a prior eviction, would I still be eligible?

Yes, you could be eligible. There is no 3x the rent requirement and prior eviction is not an issue.

Are pets allowed at Dream Plex Living?

No, we do not allow pets/animals of any kind in our homes.
